It is also known that David Beckham had seen Feng shui symbols, like the yin and yang, into his football shoes for balance and harmony.
Gwyneth Paltrow has adopted Feng Shui principles in her closet. Everything is hung at the correct height and in item order using wooden hangers. When we organize our closets in this way, we spend less time thinking about what to wear, We know where everything is and when our eyes see order, our minds can relax.
Oprah has said that if you have not found your calling, it may be becsue there is a block in your environment that is causing you to be disconnected. One thing I have my clients do is take a picture of a room with their phone. When we see a picture of the room, we see it from another perspective. We can then identify the blocks or, challenges in the room and only then we can correct them. This may look like a pile of unopened mail that just always accumulates in that space by habit or, a plant that is dying and needs to be thrown away.
